Watermelon Zinger Juice

My all time, favorite, summer juice!

Not only is it hydrating and alkalizing for the body, the fresh Mint and Ginger fires up the digestive juices, leaving you feeling boosted and energized for the day.

 

Watermelons contain a whole host of good stuff that benefits our health.  They hold significant amounts of vitamin Ccalciummagnesium, fiber, protein, and a very large amount of potassium. And they contain vitamin Avitamin B6niacin, thiamin, and a wide variety of carotenoids and phytonutrients, including lycopene!  Obviously, Watermelon is super delicious, hydrating and refreshing….. but it also helps to lower blood pressure, aids prevention for Cancer, Heart disease & diabetes.

Instructions
  1. For a Juice: Chop ingredients into the desired size. Put all ingredients through your juicer. Serve with a garnish of Fresh Mint.
  2. For a Smoothie: Chop ingredients and blend through your blender!
