My all time, favorite, summer juice!
Not only is it hydrating and alkalizing for the body, the fresh Mint and Ginger fires up the digestive juices, leaving you feeling boosted and energized for the day.
Watermelons contain a whole host of good stuff that benefits our health. They hold significant amounts of vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, fiber, protein, and a very large amount of potassium. And they contain vitamin A, vitamin B6, niacin, thiamin, and a wide variety of carotenoids and phytonutrients, including lycopene! Obviously, Watermelon is super delicious, hydrating and refreshing….. but it also helps to lower blood pressure, aids prevention for Cancer, Heart disease & diabetes.
